CBG MD Wins CIMG Marketing Man Of Year

The Managing Director of Consolidated Bank Ghana Limited (CBG), Daniel Wilson Addo, has been named Marketing Person of the Year 2021 at the 33rd National Marketing Achievement Awards organized by the Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana (CMG).
Theme: "Innovative Marketing and Innovation in a Changing Global Economy", this year's National Marketing Achievement Awards aim to recognize marketers and organizations that leverage innovative strategies and modern marketing practices to achieve success in business.

In this case Mr. Addo thanked the board of directors, management, employees and customers of CBG for their contribution and support to the growth of the bank.
“This award was made possible by the enormous contribution of my CBG team who, like me, did not see the challenges of Covid-19 as an inconvenience, but rather worked hard to transform the fortunes of CBG for the better. I also want to thank our customers who continue to stay with us to realize CBG's vision of being the most trusted bank in the country. " They encourage us to work hard.
“We have established a center in Kokomlemele to increase efforts for the SME sector, support their business development, create innovative products and offer unique services to our customers,” he said.
Sir. Addo is a Chartered Accountant with over two decades of post-qualification experience. With his in-depth knowledge of the banking sector and extensive experience in Ghana and other African countries, he was able to play a key role in consolidating seven (7) failed banks into Consolidated of Ghana (CBG) in 2018 This is a first in the history of Ghana.
CBG currently has 114 offices across the country fulfilling its mission to transform the lives of its stakeholders.
