The AMA certification program consists of four areas: digital marketing, marketing management, sales management, and content marketing. All programs begin with an overview of the skills required for certification and a free practice test.

  • Digital Marketing: The AMA has two options here.
    • Digital Marketing Pro - The Digital Marketing Pro program is run in partnership with the Digital Marketing Institute and consists of two certifications: PCM Digital Marketing and Certified Digital Marketing Professional. The course includes 30 hours of online training in social media, PPC, email marketing, SEO, content marketing and digital marketing strategies. Instead of an exam at the end, students are required to write two 5,000-word assignments, a digital marketing research paper, and a digital marketing strategy paper. Both document a complete digital marketing campaign from start to finish. The Digital Marketer Program costs $5,870 (see discounts).
  • Marketing Management: The Marketing Management track comes with a free marketing management guide and training package from the AMA ($249 for members, $349 for non-members). Certification exams cost an additional $99 for members or $299 for non-members.

CEUs are designated by WADA and may be attended at events, webcasts, virtual conferences or training sessions.
