Marketer Andrew (Billy) Baxter introduced the 24-Hour Marketing Plan, which aims to bridge the gap between business strategy and marketing strategy.
Jarter Taylor will lead the 24HR Marketing Plan (24HRMP) with Chief Marketing Officers David Rebetske and Bronwyn Powell as the senior advisory team.
Baxter Founder. “An overwhelming 83% of executives say marketing can be a key driver of growth, yet an estimated 90% of marketers never develop a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with their business plans.
"The 24HRMP is an operating model that builds on the success of the 24HR business plan, working in partnership with clients to deliver brand and marketing-centric growth strategies and, most importantly, a clear path to execution of the plan."
The program is aimed at companies looking to develop their marketing capabilities by accessing professionals with the best marketing credentials and international and local marketing experience.
The 24-hour program combines several collaborative workshops and strategy development focused on the basic 4Ps of marketing to develop a successful marketing strategy and implementation plan.
Linda Apostolidis, CEO of NewyTechPeople, said, “We have grown incredibly fast in two years and our brand has grown organically. It was all in our heads and we played during the summer.
“Having an external consultant to help us develop a comprehensive marketing strategy and roadmap that we can execute fits well with the size of our business. It made us stop and think about where we were going and reversed some of our previous branding decisions. We have a much easier path ahead of us."
Baxter said, “The team's extensive local and global knowledge and hands-on marketing experience have combined to create a dream team to bring this product to market.
"I look forward to seeing the team bring the marketing plan to life around the clock and impact how clients create marketing programs to drive business growth."
