V1 How do you think digital marketing differs from traditional marketing?
Digital marketing differs from traditional marketing in terms of reach, targeting, interactivity, engagement, scalability, cost-effectiveness, flexibility, and personalization. By quintupling our ad spend in 18 months, we were able to quickly establish our presence in the Middle East, increasing brand awareness and online sales. Because of our high ROI, we have doubled our marketing budget, expanding our reach to a wider audience.
v2 How do you choose effective digital marketing KPIs and how do you measure their importance?
When selecting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for effective digital marketing, Growify prioritizes them as follows along with an importance rating:
1. ROI. Measures the profitability of a marketing campaign by comparing the revenue generated versus the cost of the campaign. (very important)
2. Cost per Acquisition. Estimate the cost per customer acquisition.

4. The click through rate .

First, we define the target group and ensure the right approach. We then optimize the site for search engines, increase visibility and increase organic traffic. Creating valuable content helps engage and engage people with brands. We closely monitor traffic metrics like sessions and cart entries to measure success.
For Torani we developed a comprehensive e-commerce platform that improves order management, marketing, design and sales processes across departments. We integrate multiple accounts including payment gateways and tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Shopify and Google Studio for in-depth analytics. More than 20 plugins are implemented for optimization and strategic planning. Improving website design and content is a priority.
In terms of digital marketing, we thoroughly analyzed Torani's unique business proposition and defined customer personas for each product segment. This knowledge guided the planning, execution and optimization of our campaigns through A/B testing to identify the most effective audiences. Our strategic approach drives traffic, increases user engagement and supports overall brand growth.
Q4 Are there times when you need to combine analytical thinking and creative thinking to solve a problem?
Every day we face situations that require a combination of analytical thinking and creativity to solve problems. By examining data and metrics, we gain insights into asset performance, enabling informed optimization decisions.
In one remarkable project, Growify managed the complexity of creating an online system for ordering high fashion bespoke items on Ridhi Mehra's website. Extensive research and testing has been conducted to provide customers with a seamless ordering and checkout experience similar to that found in a physical store.
Another challenge arose when we worked with Tarun Tahiliani, where we were tasked with creating a website that required complex coding and a visually pleasing design under tight time constraints. With great attention to detail, we have successfully managed inventory from multiple warehouses and integrated them into the website to provide customers with accurate, real-time inventory access.
